Product Introduction

The 3D lifting platform is a lifting platform with three degrees of freedom, capable of moving in the longitudinal, transverse, and vertical directions. The worktable of the 3D lifting platform trolley has three types of motion: first, longitudinal horizontal movement along ground rails; second, lifting movement up and down along double columns; and third, transverse horizontal telescoping movement perpendicular to the columns, thereby achieving the required three-dimensional motion.

Product Performance

Power is supplied via trailing cables, which must run on cable carrier tracks. All motors and indoor electrical components must be explosion-proof. Safety protection devices on the worktable include: anti‑fall devices; upper and lower limit protection devices; guardrails and chain protection on the worktable; and electrical interlock protection for the three directional movements, etc. The operation control panel for the 3D lifting platform trolley worktable is located on one side of the worktable for operator convenience. In addition to normal operation buttons, it also features inching control and an emergency stop button.
